The Best Farmhouse Decor Subscription Box

For Christmas this year, my mom got me such a cool and unique gift!

I can’t wait to show you guys! This post will be short and sweet. I just want to show you guys that there is a little shop in Northern Illinois that will send you goodies for you and your home! Whoop! Whoop!

I got the January box from Urban Farmgirl. Urban Farmgirl is located in Rockford, Illinois and it’s a little shop that has just about everything farmhouse style. It’s completely wonderful and I’ve visited twice. I want one of everything that they sell and both times that I’ve been, I brought home timeless pieces of decor that I love and that will work in lots of different spaces.

This tiny shop has almost inspired me to open my own shop here in OKC. Almost. The price on their decor is so much more reasonable than other local places. Take a look at their Instagram, it’s delightful. If you’re in or around Rockford, I highly recommend stopping by and taking a look around.

This last summer when I visited, I learned that they sell decor boxes. I really wanted one but I had just spent a small fortune on a bunch of other items so I decided against it. No one knows what is included in the box until you get it. Don’t you just love surprises? Super pumped to show ya’ll what was in my box.

These are contents for the January box and I know they still have some left. Here is a link to get your own.

  • Galvanized stem hanger –

    • This is really a 2 in 1 because it came with both the hanger and the greenery too. I currently have it hanging in my kitchen. Is anyone else ready to decorate for Spring? It’s been really cold this week in OKC and I’m looking forward to sunshine.

  • Printable on wood –

    • This is really cute and even though it wouldn’t have taken more than 5 minutes for me to make, I’m glad I didn’t have to. Mine had a gouge out of the bottom but I think it gives it character. A lot of my wood pieces have flaws and I like them that way.

  • Scented candle –

    • This smells wonderful and I love the neutral candle holder. I love having candles lit throughout the house. They just seem to make everything more cozy. I’ve bought a few different candles from Urban Farmgirl and they have all been good.

  • Bath bombs –

    • How did they know? Exactly what I wanted. I love bath bombs. Evan will sometimes surprise me with bath-bombs from Lush because he knows how much I love them. These smell amazing and the packaging is really pretty. I like that they are individually wrapped too. They are named: Sunshine, Remedy, Power and Wellness. Can’t wait to use one at the end of a long day.

That’s everything that was in my box. I think this would make a really great gift for someone’s birthday or  wedding shower. So, it’s not really a full on “subscription” because you can buy one month at a time but that is what I like about it. I plan on getting a few more throughout 2019.

My sister got the December box and here is a photo of her goodies. She got a cozy, plaid throw in her box and I’m a little jealous.

Let me know if you plan on trying out the Urban Farmgirl monthly boxes. What was your favorite item that was in the box? Leave a comment down below and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t yet!

I hope you all have a great rest of the week!
